All of our items are processed from the main warehouse for international shipping. When you place an order and make a payment, our credit department verifies it. After verification, we check our main warehouse and upon finding the product in our stock, we reserve it for you. However, if the item is out of stock, we arrange it from our regional partner and reserve it upon its arrival at our warehouse. It takes 3 to 4 working days for the out-of-stock items to reach our warehouse under normal conditions.

Upon reservation of your order, the products are prepared for international shipping. It takes 3 to 4 business working days for the products to reach the given destination. It should be taken that these estimations are for normal days, delays can happen due to customs inspections, holidays, calamities, or any other unforeseen circumstances which are definitely beyond our control.

Furthermore, bulk orders/ volume orders or custom orders may warrant some additional processing time, in such scenarios, we will keep you in the loop. International buyers are also reminded here that incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may lead to delays or cancellation of delivery, under such cases, customers will be held responsible.
